Will The Supremes Halt Racial Preferences?

By now everyone knows that the Supreme Court revisited Fisher v. University of Texas yesterday. I’ll have something to say about the oral argument presently. Meanwhile, take a look at my essay critically examining three “establishment” arguments for preferences — by the military, corporations, and elite universities — that was posted on Minding The Campus yesterday.

*sigh* If you leave it hanging long enough…..
The Supremes help eliminate racial/gonad preferences by their twelfth #1 chart topper.
But of course, SOMEBODY had to disingenuously reignite all the brew ha ha, where it was well on it’s way to a natural extinction, in the name of Hope and Change, or perhaps Title IX, cultural appropriation, 180 degree reversal of affirmative action known as “Affirmative Action”, and the gentle “prodding” of “Dear Colleague…”.
Apparently “free to prove one’s self” is NEVER enough when so-called “credentials” are deemed a market commodity.

Well I’m sure that all the loons in Looneyville are praying to the dark Gods of the Copybook Headings that the Supreme Joke approves racial discrimination against Whites. Affirmative Action and Disparate Impact made damn sure that High School Diplomas are now a complete joke that is good for nothing. When people used to discriminate based on skill you could use one of those to get a job that paid enough to buy a house in the suburbs, two cars and support a family of four, but this is much better now. Hopefully, Affirmative Action and Disparate Impact can work the same magic with college degrees. That way these arrogant Marxists can learn what life is like in the Real World and have to clean toilets at Clownburger because their monosyllabic buffoon supervisor tells them another monosyllabic buffoon pissed on the seat again. You know, you can have Western Civilization or Diversity, but you can’t have both.
