The Chronicle of Higher Education reports this morning that Iowa State has agreed to open a summer program in agricultural research to students of all races. Its general counsel announced that, after this year, the program “will not be limited to minority students.” (Link isn’t working at the moment, and when it does work it requires a subscription.)
