If you do a search on Glenn Reynolds’s InstaPundit for “laws and little people,” or variations, you find about 40 or so posts with examples of liberals evading laws or regulations they expect others to follow. Reynolds should create a whole new category of big time scofflaws for Michigan universities, who are in a class (as it were) of their own, as I discuss here on Minding The Campus today.

What do Rutgers, or Columbia, call 7 year undergrad/12 year masters programs “exploring” such careeres? Are Pell/Genius grants available for them?
