DIVERSITY, n.
A college admissions policy that discriminates against Asians so that whites can be exposed to blacks and Hispanics.
OBSTRUCTIONIST, adj.
Republican opposition to Democratic policies.
UNREALISTIC, adj.
Republican proposals that Democrats can be expected to oppose.
Your definition needs modification, since “Hispanic” includes “white”. The policy exposes non-Hispanic whites (such as a French descendant) to Hispanics whites (such as Spanish descendant, or a French descendant that at one time had an grandfather that lived in South America) and Hispanics of other races, including Asian Hispanics (such as a Japanese descendant that at one times had an ancestor that lived in Brazil).
