The blogs, social media, and even the mainstream media have been all atwitter about Hillary’s politically damaging and almost certainly illegal attempt to keep personal control of her State Department email. It discusses a 1980 case — then in a former life, I was one of several plaintiffs — in which U.S. District Judge Harold Greene (later famous for presiding over the break-up of AT&T) found the government guilty of unauthorized record destruction.
