Obama’s End Run Around ENDA

“There he goes again,” my essay on Minding The Campus today begins, “bypassing the Constitution’s pesky requirement that laws must be passed by Congress, not promulgated by executive decree.”

I’m referring to the always introduced (every Congress, I think, since 1994), never passed Employment Non-Discrimination Act. I’ve written about ENDA too many times to cite, including but not limited to blog posts here, herehere, and here, and discussions on other sites here and here.

Today’s essay is about an executive order Obama is about to announce implementing  what Congress has steadfastly refused to do.

Say What?
