Anti-Discrimination Agency Pledges Fairness, Sort Of

According to HR.BLR.com, which monitors employment discrimination policies, the “OFCCP’s [Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs] findings of compensation discrimination have risen dramatically in recent years,” with the not surprising result that “this increase in enforcement activities has made many contractors very nervous.”

But there’s no cause for concern, the newsletter reassures its readers (or does it?), for reasons it explains in a section of its article under the heading,

OFCCP pledges fairness
(but with reservations)

Well, at least that’s more than the IRS has done.
