For some reason the fact that Asian Americans are the primary victims of affirmative action — for example, according to a leading scholar I quoted here, Asian Americans have to score 450 points higher on the SAT to have an equal chance of admission to a selective university as an otherwise similarly qualified black — does not make the list.
