Although many close observers expected (some hoped; other feared) a decision last Friday on whether the Supreme Court would agree to hear the Fisher v. Texas affirmative action case, it appears the Court has still not decided. SCOTUSblog’s list of Upcoming Petitions lists that case as on the schedule for the Court’s conference on Friday, January 20.
