A few weeks ago I pointed to an essay of mine “Diversity, Honor, and Double Standards at UVa,” that appeared on Minding The Campus.
A sequel, “Honor Codes and Affirmative Action,” was posted there today. It discusses the sad fact that honor codes having a disparate impact on minorities is not limited to Mr. Jefferson’s University.
