Contemptible Behavior

In breaking news, the Detroit Free Press is reporting that the two Democratic members of the state board of canvassers are being asked to explain to the Court of Appeals why they should not be held in contempt for acting in “direct violation” of a court order by refusing to approve the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative for the ballot at the board’s Dec. 14 meeting. [See discussion of their behavior at this meeting here.] This, I think, is the Democrats’ just desserts for allying themselves with BAMN.

Meanwhile, in Washington, the U.S. Capitol police are seeking an arrest warrant against Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D, BAMN) for striking an officer. [Note: I don’t know whether Rep. McKinney has any formal ties to BAMN, but I do know that her rhetoric and behavior resemble BAMN’s.]

I do like her accusation that she is somehow being charged with “being in Congress while black with a new hairstyle”. It just doesn’t roll off the tongue like “driving while being black” does.
