UPDATE [21 Dec.]
In a strongly worded opinion the Michigan Court of Appeals bypassed the state Board of Canvassers, which was rendered dysfunctional by the delaying tactics of its two Democratic members, and ordered the Secretary of State directly to place MCRI on the ballot. (Text of the order made available by Chetly Zarko, here.) In addition, the Court announced that it might find the two Democratic members in contempt:

Thanks for a great article. Its a shame to see the way some people treat democracy in this nation. Apparently it exists only when it serves their goals.
