More On Quotas “Workforce Parity Benchmarks”

HispanicBusiness.com has released a new survey revealing “diversity trends.”

Hispanics presently account for 11.4 percent of the U.S. labor force and 9.4 percent of the managerial-professional class, according to Census data.

Against that background, several of the survey respondents beat the workforce parity benchmark….

These companies don’t have “quotas”; they have “workforce parity benchmarks.”

Whatever, this reflects the current conventional liberal, and corporate, wisdom that fairness is “parity” and requires proportional representation.
